This bar chart shows each associate’s performance for the day in high-to-low order with a comparison to the Work Center’s average performance.

These type of concise reports and charts make it easy for a supervisor or manager to quickly review individual and group performance.

Exception reports are also printed that list employees with performances that are lower or higher than user-specified limits, or whose total hours for the day exceed a specified number of hours. As the production data for a person is entered into ProRep, these exception limits are also checked and appropriate warnings are issued.
