Performance Policy Administration Module (PPA)

ProRep’s Performance Policy Administration Module supports a progressive disciplinary system. This module enables users to set minimum levels of performance and quality accuracy that must be met by an associate in stages based on length of employment. At user specified periodic times like weekly or bi-weekly, this module automatically generates reports and personalized warning letters appropriate to the length of employment and the current violation of performance or quality policy.

The automatically generated warning letters are composed in Microsoft Word as merge documents. In these form letters, field codes are inserted by selecting them from a pull down listed supplied by ProRep. Field codes that can be inserted include associate name, minimum acceptable performance, actual performance and current violation level.

For each user-defined length of employment, rules are established for a violation of minimum acceptable performance, how many violations can occur and how previous violations can be removed. The number of weeks included in the evaluation period is specified. Also the number of weeks of acceptable performance and quality accuracy that must be achieved to clear the violation is specified.

The Performance Policy Administration Module relieves users of tedious and time consuming administrative and clerical tasks. It also ensures that employment policies are applied uniformly across an organization.
