Incentive Pay Module (IPM)
The amount of incentive pay is calculated by setting individual or system wide goals and establishing payout schedules based on varying amounts of performance over the goal. Other factors can be considered in calculating whether or not an individual is eligible to receive an incentive or if the amount of the incentive should be reduced. These include minimum hours that must be worked that week and minimum quality accuracy levels that must be maintained.
